I recently met with this organization. I was looking for assistance in having an estate sale since I didn't know where to begin. She came in and immediately complained about the smell of cigarettes. She also stated that the furniture is dated. It wasn't so much what she said it was how she said it. She did apologize for upsetting me. So unless your furniture bis up to date and there is no cigarettes odor I wouldn't call these people. I would also like to add that she is the only person to complain about the smell out of several people who have been in the house. One person made a comment about the garage but stated that that can be taken care of.
