Worst customer service ever by the guy attending sales section on 11/04/2021. Extremely rude mannered person you could ever get to see at a sales section. He was not answering any questions and was aggressive as well. Really disappointed with today’s experience. Do not recommend this place at all.

Been trying to get my air con unit fixed since before before Christmas. Spent 3 hours there to have it re-gassed and filter changed, only to be told on pick up that have to fix the display unit first. They would enquire about a recon model of the display unit from Takanini and call me back. No call. I chased 3 times each time told they would call me back, no call. I called again and said just get me a new unit if you can't do a recon. Booked in for today and fitted new display unit and supposedly fixed the air con unit. I paid and left. Now have a working display unit but air con still not blowing cold air. Really frustrated and now have to call them yet again!
