Never pick up the phone, it is so inconvenient for people who really can’t physically be in their office to pay for the ticket. Even tho someone picked up the phone, for whatever reason they let you wait on the line for like.... forever... then just automatically hang up?????? I’ve been trying to call the office 6 times in different days since I’m out of state visiting my cousin. I don’t wanna myself in trouble. But that was how they do.

One of the most unprofessional places ever!!! They don’t ever and I mean ever pick up the phone . Once was told that I wouldn’t ya e to keep driving 40 miles to pay on my small fine ( less that 300) and I could just call and pay online but they never pick up the phone can’t ever get an appointment for directed around my school schedule because they never pick up the phone can’t pay on time if I wanted because they never pick up the phone . But let you not show up 1 time they will threaten you with a warrant over 200-300 which could always be avoided if they PICK UP THE PHONE .

You have to call at LEAST 5 times to get an answer, but phone and in person are the only methods of payment. You can’t pay online. Staff is never helpful and they obviously have no interest in keeping people out of jail, or they’d make it easier to pay.
