Like Y’all represent a corporate place you should have a better attitude a better appearance !!! they’re slow by doing things everybody on theit phone ‘ this Place I Do not Recommend its horrible !!

Who ever is answering the phone June 4 2020 at 11:11am is very rude an if your debit card is lost/stolen good luck trying to get another one at least other plasma places give you the opportunity to buy another card for five bucks they say they have no control over that so I’m just out of luck she said WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KEDPLASMA worst card services every. If you want/need your money go somewhere else cuz led don’t care.

Been here 2x for two hours and they can’t figure out how to log you in the system as a transfer. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or a desire not to learn .Don’t matter if you come in the am or pm, it doesn’t matter if no one is here , they will take their time to service you .The five stars are from the employees that work at the place .
So here’s the thing... this place is extremely busy! So PLEASE come as soon as they open which is at 7am because if not you’re either going to be waiting a while (HOURS!) or be out of luck. If you are a new donor, you should also arrive when they open because they only take about 15 new donors a day to avoid any further delays. Your first visit as a new donor they put you at the front of the line as priority. If you go the first 5 times within the first 30 days you earn 350.00. Bring two forms of ID and a piece of mail to show proof of address. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR A QUICKER DONATION! It also helps to pump your hand (squeeze and release your fist) as the cuff on your arm inflates. If someone referred you list their name and they get an additional 30 on their next donation. As will you if you refer someone. Good luck!
