I had an appointment at 3:45 for the grandfather to see Dr. Simon, and the front desk lady, Ms.Pat was harassing me all day since this morning telling me to come in early when i specifically told her i couldn’t and was catching an attitude with me. I walk in at 3:20 to her calling me once again to tell me “The doctor has other places to be and was not going to wait for you”. Which is ridiculous considering this appointment was not last minute and has been schedule for over a week now. She was very unprofessional and rude to me and my very sick grandfather. I am very disappointed in this office.
