Amazing! Sometimes I treat myself to fries. I get fries w/ no salt. So normally Five Guys cook my fries alone & then place them in a pan to make sure my fries don't mix w/ salty fries. This young guy, employee, went a step further, he started bagging my fries with his gloved hand! He didn't want to use the scooper b/c there may be salt on it. The fries were hot! I stopped him & told him it was okay. He said he wanted to make sure the customer is happy. Amazing, that is service! I went back to that tip jar & added more. Thank you again young man!

Soda machines both had issues that were known to employees but not posted. Had to request a refund. One machine was out of syrup for Coke and the other machine had no carbonation. The food was good though and the employees pleasant.
easy online ordering via Google. lots of folks working here too just churning out delicious burgers and fries. got all our order notes right too. can't go wrong with 5 guys.
