I'm rating Egleston an employee. It's very sad that they don't care about their employees. Most of the people that work there love kids so this is why they are there and your experience is still good. Children's employees get paid some of the lowest wages while the hospital is one of the most profitable. During the beginning of the pandemic employees were not allowed to wear masks because of how it 'looks'. Employees were crying at work because they were scared but still had to work. Many good employees left during the pandemic because of their careless attitude during covid. Just be glad there are people there who genuinely love kids. The owners only care about the money

I love this hospital. The employees are always really great. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I've been here multiple times, and this is definitely the children's hospital to go to. The way they care for children is truly amazing.

Went to the emergency hospital to get my baby check. The front staff and nurses are super nice and helpful but when the doctor started checking my baby, my baby started crying like he was in pain. She used some stick to take some ear wax out and she probably did it rough which made my baby cry in pain. I feel like she didn't care plus she just rush the process. Didn't even took the time to check him properly. Then she ask me if it has to do with the vaccine. I'm not a doctor. She should know these things.

Pacer clinic continues to refuse to allow parents to be a part of the education and management of our child's treatment. We're trying to understand his condition and settings on his device but they won't allow healthy people that are willing to screen and wear a mask inside to learn and ask questions. Hopefully we can find another office that actually cares about the needs of the patient.
