Horrible service provided. Came 4 years ago for contraception with my girlfriend and it was okay, not smooth but okay. This time round is a different company, I'm split up from her in the waiting room, cannot come with her to support her. Being made to feel guilty for something it seems like. Horrible horrible place that makes you feel horrible for being there. Apparently she was consulted on why she wants contraception and making sure she's not being forced by me? Awful accusations. In a long term relationship and we've been using it the entire time, why these people think they know better or different I have no idea. They also had the audacity to comment on my girlfriends weight and made her feel awful. Big F**k you to these people

There are no walk ins left... it is full of staff that just sound like they can't be bothered they don't want to talk to you in person...but they're always on the phone...might as well be a call centre...Ruth in the Orange rooms was so patronising whilst trying to help me...You don't expect to feel an idiot going to the doctors and receptionists shouldn't be telling you you're not actually in need of medication! Absolute shambles

They never answer the phone! I need to get an implant taken out of my arm and can't even get an appointment or speak to a human being! I phone everyday they let it ring out a few times as if it's closed but then take the phone off the hook so you get a busy tone. Either you need to get better receptionists or more of them it's not fair when people's health is suffering.

Bloody awful...I finished work and rang the clinic was told clinic would be open at 4pm... waited in my car for 15mins until 4pm. When I got there everything was full... tried to explain I work shifts but I was told to come 9am next day! Stating open from 4pm to 6.30pm is wrong information, would have been nice for the receptionist to be a bit more informative. Whats the point of paying NI when you don't get your part of it, just keep paying it for people on benefits.

Poor service the staff are unhelpful I turned up for the morning clinic no appointments Turned up half 12 and waited outside for 30 mins to be turned away again and told to come back at 3.30 for a un nessasary appointment with the nurse to tell her why I want my contraceptive out. This is a drain on NHS resources. I’m a tax payer and nurse who can’t get seen and could probably count on one hand how many of them are who are waiting to be seen
