Worst customer service! Been waiting for a delta sander and L-Boxx since September!! Been in branch few times, phoned numerous times but always been told excuses and lies with new delivery dates. Phoned them again today and been transferred to customer services, they again transferred me back to Ashford branch, who can't do anything until manager comes in few days. Don't waste your time with FFX Ashford, there are plenty of tool shops out there like Axminster who's customer service is 5* UPDATE TUE 24 NOV 2020 To my amazement I had a phone call today from FFX Ashford. What amazed me even more is that I was told that because I didn't chase them up sooner, it was my fault and I will not be getting my L-Boxx or money! So still no L-Boxx or delta sander. If FFX Ashford are trying to con me then I will have to take my invoices to trading standards no to mention get my solicitor involved. I will update once I hear from them again as they will call me again (so they said).
