These guys are really the only ones serving like two thousand people nearby, so it’s a long wait and they have some very strict terms. Make sure about your insurance coverage and deductibles ! It’s a typical Urgent care facility and you can expect professional service. Photos as of Mar 2019.

I saw the doctor for less then 30 seconds. the \doctor\ (male) seems to be scared to get close to you. He will even not check anything but just ask some question. I am not sure if the swab test for strep or flux was done correctly. He didn't try to get in my throat. it felt like a little touch in the back of my tongue. I don't know if the result is accurate but they do charge 150 up front. Plus no hand sanitizer in the room

This place is very negligent! The receptionist refused a bleeding elderly patient emergency treatment because, she could not verify the insurance information due to her own inadequacy. 911 had to be called to the urgent care to stop the bleeding! Does she realize that the doctors have an obligation to render 1st aide to patients that are actively bleeding in their reception room?

Great and easy location, however the rooms lack care, the sharps container was full and had needles sticking out of the top, nor did the doctor wash his hands upon coming into the room. The front desk lacks professionalism and how front desks in a health care setting should run. Being on a person phone call on your cellphone while multiple patients are checking in, and misplacing an individuals insurance card while on the personal call is not quality standard, however nor is wearing a knit hat as a nurse professional either. Now I get standards of heath care are decreasing but at least pretend to care.
