We have boarded our 2 cats (Tia who is18 now and Morgan who is 16) several times a year for the past 5 years with Sarah and Neil. Morgan had a health issue that unfortunately became worse whilst we were away. Sarah was in constant contact with us and the vet but sadly Morgan passed away in his sleep 2 days before we were due home. Sarah, Neil and their team could not have been more compassionate, helpful and understanding at what was a difficult time for them as well as for us. We thank them wholeheartedly for their care of Morgan and their support to us. We have no hesitation in continuing to board Tia with them in the future and would highly recommend Kinaldie Kennels and Cattery.
