Very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding which hot tub to buy. I had LOTS of questions (first time buyer of a hot tub) and Sunil and Angela were very patient, providing not just answers but opinions, which was very helpful. However, what I've been especially pleased about has been the level of support they've provided me after-sale. Always prompt to reply on email or phone and Sunil has even made a few personal visits to sort out a few teething issues and explain certain aspects of tub maintenance. They clearly care about their customers. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

After a number of months looking for a Hot Tub I went to Aqua Hot Tubs, and from the start I knew I was in the right place, firstly sound advice with no 'sales' talk just facts which I can't say the same for other places I went to. Lots to choose and try but again decided on the one for me, did the deal and have been excited with the wait, the organisation of the install was 1st class with no issues (i had to get a crane in) but again was all taken care and arranged via Aqua Hot Tubs. I am so pleased with the purchase and advice and support that I received - thank you and now I can enjoy......
I recently had a hot tub installed by aqua hot tubs and the whole process from them was very smooth . Great communication and very knowledgable about their products . The hot tub is great and I would definitely recommend them as a supplier
Had a great experience purchasing a hot tub from these guys. Sales approach was friendly and informative; delivery was fast and efficient. The delivery team were helpful and got us up and running very quickly. Overall very impressed and recommended.
