I am lucky to have a good source of hardwood logs over the past ten years. However sometimes we do fall short during the winter months and I have to buy seasoned logs from somewhere . This has not been a great experience until Andrew Heard was recommended by a friend . They offer very competitive prices and good quality cut to size seasoned wood. I will definirtely use these guys if I ever need a top up. Oh and the staff were very friendly . Highly recommend :)

Wow - great service, lovely logs, good value for money. I couldn't be happier. Delivered by a very courteous man (Neil) within 20 mins of my allocated slot, the logs are lovely and dry, stack beautifully, and burn nice and hot (and slow) without any spitting. Just fabulous - I will certainly be coming back for more. Many thanks for the impeccable service and superb product.
This was my first time using AH Logs. I received great service over the phone and was surprised they could deliver the very next day. The logs were left exactly where I asked them to be left. The logs themselves were uniformly sawn and properly seasoned; they burn beautifully. I will be a repeat customer once this load has gone.
I’ve had several loads from this company. Two loads have been ok, however three loads have been dreadful...one wet, and two very very small logs. I complained about one load (didn’t ask them to replace), which they chose to partially replace with bad grace, however now, three years and two deliveries later they’ve complained about doing so! They accused me of cancelling a delivery (again 3 years ago!), which is simply untrue - I asked if it was possible to change the time of delivery. The delivery went ahead as planned. Customer service is appalling, tells various lies to suit their own story, and is very creative with the truth (as I’m sure they will be with their reply). Ironically I’ve recommended them to others, but will not be doing so now. There are plenty of honest suppliers elsewhere.
