Great experiance. Since this was my first time buying a home I was nervous I would mess something up. But, Roger and all the employees in the office walked me through and got all set up.

The three parks I visited were ALL top notch. I have been to lots of mobile home parks that were supposed to be \showcase\ and they couldn't get close to the things these folks offer to residents to make them feel at home. They are spacious and clean, well cared for and attended to. We met with a gentleman at the Redbud office who could not have been more gracious, knowledgeable, and actually listened to our needs and preferences. He took us around all 3 parks, was unhurried and answered all our questions. If you have reason to visit ask for Roger E. You won't be disappointed. Hopefully , we didn't embarrass you Roger !

My wife and I have lived here for almost two and half years and it has been bliss. Always quiet, great neighbors, and we feel safe. We lived in Indianapolis for over 30 years and we were lucky enough to survive until we retired and moved back to our hometown. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I couldn't think of being anywhere but here.
