My basement was always very humid and damp and had the dehumidifier running 24/7. My staircase to the backyard was leaking water from the steps. I am very happy I hired AM Shield for this waterproofing project. The crew worked here for almost 1 month, they had a very systematic way of doing things, it seemed very routine for them, it shows that they have plenty of experience dealing with basement waterproofing and redirecting water away from the house. We had a foundation leak and it spread to 5 feet x 15 feet shallow depth. Called A.M. Shield and made the next appointment available. Technician came and inspected site and scheduled the repair the next day. The repairman arrived on time and left the area clean. Happy to report no leaks!! Would highly recommend this company. TM
