Food was tasty and prepared really quickly. Excellent service in the store at pick up. The Baja soup and the salads were good. Kids meals are good value. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I visited the store on March 31, 2020 to pick up an order for a client. The food was ready. The staff were very helpful and fast and courteous. I enjoyed picking up food from here because everything always perfect and I never had complaints from clients. Their food is amazing at this delicious and everyone in the area likes their food you could order for breakfast lunch and dinner. The parking lot has a lot of spaces to park and easy access in and out close to the freeway

I love Urbane Cafe!! I was in the area visiting some family and decided to introduce them to the wonderful dishes. I went inside and place orders to go. They block off all the tables and practice social distancing which is a huge plus. The staff was incredibly nice and they were helpful with explaining dishes to my family that had not been before. My husband accidentally ordered a tuna salad when in fact he wanted the sandwich. We arrived at the house and he realIzed he had ordered the wrong thing. We went back and they were able to exchange it for him even though he ordered the wrong thing. The customer service is amazing and they really do want all their customers to be happy!

Super tasty cranberry brie turkey sandwich at a good price. Easy to find parking. My go to spot when I drive from Santa Barbara to LA. Also the employee who served me last visit was as polite and helpful as could be.
