I purchased a 2020 Escape from Bell Ford in August. Jack was extremely helpful in answering all my questions both during and after the purchase. Staff at the dealership even stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule on pickup day. I needed some work done in the backseat which was written into my purchase contract. After some initial confusion in the service department, Audra got everything sorted out and they were able to correct the issue. Overall great people and a good experience!
