I couldn't recommend Love Cars enough as they are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Tracey helped me to find the best finance agreement possible, helped me get a good part exchange deal, and would keep in regular contact during the whole process. She also sent me extra photos of my new car by WhatsApp before I came to see it, which I really appreciated. I am really happy with my new Mini and will definitely go back to Love Cars in the future.
Our salesman was Craig. I have to say that he made the whole process really enjoyable. He dedicated a lot of time, working after hours just to suit our needs. I believe that he has shown great dedication, knowledge and professionalism. My experience in buying a car from them has been excellent and I would recommend them to any new drivers wishing to buy their first car as they will inform you of every step of the process.
