The service was excellent from the day we went to choose the fabric for the suite and curtains, with the measuring and fitting also at the same high standard. The quality was good and whilst not cheap, we had great value for our money. No hesitation in using John and his team again.

The very best in customer care. We recently purchased five blinds from Jaybee, who were patient with our procrastinations over colour, seeking out and lending us samples from various suppliers before we made our selection. We had an issue with the control mechanism on some of the blinds (beware the default single-chain option on some Luxaflex vertical blinds... the wrong choice for various reasons) and Jaybee agreed to replace the head rails for us without charge. 10 out of 10 for Jaybee - how glad we are that we bought though them and not direct from Luxaflex, who would do well to get a lesson in customer care from Jaybee. Just had the new rails fitted this morning and now the blinds are everything we expected them to be. Thanks Jaybee!
