This 1 star review is because of poor communication from stellar packing, and lack of responsibility. We used them for a service - canning. We sent them goods and relied on their advice. Followed by labelling and packing. They were our contact. They blamed another supplier. They have no idea about how to work in the service industry and have put us entirely off working with canning producers in the future. Be very careful about giving these people your money.

I have been working with Steller over the last few months and have found their customer service and quality of work to be excellent. From first contact they have been really transparent with their costing and advised on alternative ways available to ensure efficiency of spend. The team are very friendly, communicate well and have been very flexible with a number of changing requirements! I would recommend this company highly.
Everyone in the team where great helping us achieve a high volume project over an exceptionally challenging period (Covid-19). Sarah and Charlotte especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed as required. Will definitely use again and recommend for all fulfilment requirments.
